Here's our Dessert In Five™! take on the classic treat. Start with our classic soft & chewy cookies - yes, they're on sale this month! Add a scoop of your favorite ice cream. Serve up a smile!
Bodacious Ice Cream Cookie Sandwiches

1 dozen Sugar & Spice soft & chewy cookies |

1 pint ice cream |
| |
decorative sprinkles |
Yield: 24 servings, six cookies cut in quarters.

-Place 6 cookies face down on a tray |
| -Add a scoop of your favorite ice cream - 3-4 ounces is a nice amount. Use an ice cream scoop dipped in water to make this easy! |
-Top with a second cookie. |
| - Press down so the ice cream is just about to the edges of the cookies. |
| - Using a knife, cut the cookie sandwich into quarters. |
| - Dip the edges of the sandwich with the exposed ice cream in the sprinkles to coat the ice cream. |

-Cut pound cake in 10 slices and place on grill until warm. |
| -Wash and drain berries . |
-Remove pound cake from grill and plate. |
| -Add fresh berries and a dollop of cream. |
