Chocolate chip cookies on the production schedule today.  A quarter pound of pure indulgence.  The outside is a bit crunchy, the inside soft, chewy and oh-so-delicious.  Not too sweet, nicely balanced with lots of chocolate chips.  It's made with simple ingredients and is simply processed.  I did a bit of quality assurance work after lunch.  Half a cookie later, I'm confident this cookie meets all our specs for a simply delicious, indulgent treat!
